The Dream Year is our year off to travel across and around the U.S. Our primary plan is to...make our plans along the way. To meander and savor. Traveling in small vehicles -- a 21 foot Class B RV, a separate trip in a 26 foot motor-sailboat, with bicycles, and an inflatable kayak -- to large open spaces like state and national parks and the Intracoastal Waterway. I thought you'd notice these photos.Have gotten many comments about them via email. Was so much fun and at a place easy to try (the zipline was obviously a low one). The other part of the story is that a young woman (long blonde ponytail, sipping her coffee while watching the waves) came over just as I was deciding/fluctuating about trying the line. She was quite encouraging -- and helpful. Of course, after FINALLY going once, the anxiety morphed into squeals of joy. I then zipped over again a number of satisfying times.
